10 wooden or steel skewers (wooden ones soaked in water 30 minutes
3 T. honey mustard
3 T. x virgin olive oil
1 ½ tsp. garlic chopped or minced
2 ½ tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 lbs. pork ribs or pork butt cut into 1 ½ “ cubes
4 nectarines remove seed n cut into wedges
¼ c. honey mild flavor
Soak wooden sticks if using.
Large bowl mix honey mustard-oil ñ seasonings for marinade
Coat pork or ribs with marinade -at least 1 hour –refrigerate till ready to use ñ than bring to room temp.
Wash nectarines –remove seed- wedge
Prep grill direct heat –medium high. Thread the meat ñ nectarine wedges alternating on skewers ñ lay on grill . Brush with marinade often –cover ñ check them grill about 10 minutes –of course –turn them ñ coat with marinade
Grill golden brown.
Note~ Sometimes I pour little rum over last couple minutes of grilling both side.
