Superbowl or ANY time Herbed Chuck Steak Crockpot

1½ lbs. beef chuck steak
1 envelope Garlic ñ Herb dry recipe ñ Soup Mix
1/4 c. x-virgin olive oil
1/2 c. onion chopped

Place steak in Crock Pot. Combine all other ingredients together. Pour over steak. Stir to coat meat well. Cook on LOW 7 to 9 hours.

Eat plain or on toasted hogies. Soak up the juices

Notes can add some jalapeno's or roasted peppers or jalapeno's with this throw in a few curtidos chiles (those little yellow chiles or have them on the side to add to the sandwich or meal.
