Simple Mulligan Stew today. Pre seared potatoes in butter n olive oil. Pre marinated the meat w salt Black pepper hatch green Chile oil red ancho pepper. Pre Seared meat on high heat until partially cooked w onions garlic carrots. Threw in pobalanos red green bells and roasted red peppers. Teaspoon beef consume a cup of red wine and water to fill. Pinch each of thyme rosemary savory and a bay leaf. Slow cook couple hours.
Open beer, take nap.
Throw mushrooms in 30 last minutes.
Open new beer, eat w good white bread.
Tap nap.
