took what was left of a brisket after eating on it a few days added a few cooked potatoes onion pepper mixed all together warmed up in oven added a little b bq sauce had it for breakfast and dinner was very good

I have been taking the meat from pork spares and making chili with that. I tell ya, thats some goooood stuff right there!!!

We've done similar breakfast tacos with left over brisket and butt before... Good eats fer sure.

Dang yall making me hongry here and I just had breakfast. At his Q Joint Danny Gaulden makes some some deals he calls "bbq flips" which technically closer to whut us Tex-Mex types would call quesadillos I would guess. I will post the recipe over in the recipe section if I can find it. Its a real simple variant some of the stuff yall are describing.
