Best advise I can give is read, read, read, read and read some more. I bet I searched 35 recipes on 4 different boards for this Tri Tip recipe. What helps, (and what I hope to accomplish in my respective "setup thread" is to share the parts that the recipe don't tell you) is when you have an idea of time, temp and method, (sauce, when, wrap, when, ect) pictures sure help too...
