I don't drink coffee, so I am not a fan. Does having that much in the recipe give it any taste of coffee at all?

No it actually adds a boldness to the beefy flavor of the Aus Jus.
Never met a cow I didn't like with a little salt and pepper.

I didn't taste the coffee at all but boy I sure was amped up after it ha ha.

I've tried this and I can 2nd Blu's comment. No coffee taste whatsoever.

how much of salt, pepper and oregano for the rub? Or do you just sprink a layer of each one?
