Meatballs with Cornbread Chilies

1 ) 6 oz crushed corn bread stuffing mix
1/4 c. salsa
1 ) 4 oz mushroom stems and pieces drained
2 tsp garlic granular
1½ tsp. cumin powder
3 lbs. lean ground beef
2 ) 4 oz. green chilies chopped
Handful of cilantro leaves chopped fine
1/4 c cheddar cheese shredded

Prepare cornbread stuffing per directions on box ñ add all other ingredients mix well ñ form into balls size U want ñ bake
350 ° F. 20 to 25 minutes in glass baking dish.

Or bake them covered 11 to 12 minutes with little chicken broth or water in bottom of dish.
Can add liquid to baking dish also.
