Got 25lbs of butts and 28lbs of packers in the fridge. Kind of how it work out in the cryovac. It will be fun

It's in the back of the 4-runner and it's raining right now. I'll look at it the morning
It is lighter than Einstein, but it is also sans fire-ring and grate.

Total success. We planned for 40 meals, 4oz each of brisket and PP with tator salad, coleslaw and beans. Served about 43 and sold out within an hour. Didn't get a chance to take pics as we very busy serving up plates. Reviews were great, and got more than few folks interested in buying a smoker!
