This is a Great Cookoff. Its great not only because of the money raised goes to charity, but because you have achance to socialize with friends & kick back because its a 2 day event. Its held @ the Pasadena Rodeo Grounds-Pasadena, Texas. Power & Water at all spots. $20,000 pay out as well. Its a TGCBCA sanctioned event. You can check in on Friday. Beans,Chicken,Ribs, and Kids Q on Saturday. Pork Butt & Brisket on Sunday. You can Download all forms from www.tgcbca.org. The Kids Q is limited to 75 cooks. They must be signed up Friday. If nothing else contact them and come out and be taste judge. They will need them for both days as well as the Kids Q. Hope to see ya there.
