If we do it will be a last minute decision. I am home right now, but tomorrow is another day.

They are limited on space if you have never been there Greg. If you don't cook and are home swing by and say hello.

Yes, been there many times to drink beer. I live right around the corner from it. Haven't been there in a little while though.

I’d really like to cook it, but if I can’t and I am still in town I will swing by and try to meet kevin in person. He is and has always been very generous with his knowledge on this forum, and always took my calls when I was looking for information.

He is a very helpful and valuable Member beyond doubt.

Went and met Kevin and his lovely Mrs. yesterday. If I can drag myself away from this game I will head back over to the VFW for a little bit today. Buy some more 50/50 and liquor wagon tickets.

It was surely all my pleasure meeting them. I was wanting to go back earlier today and maybe be a backup judge. Couldn’t get away from the game now I am heart broken. So heading back now to buy some more tickets.

Re: Cypress VFW
Thank you for the kind words my friend I appreciate it. I wish I would've had time to visit more but it can be pretty hectic preparing and judging an event.
Greg is a true Gentle men and friend. While visiting he asked Debbie and I what shirt sizes we wear and as we told him he jumped up and I will be back. Upon returning he had two very nice fishing shirts with his team logo on them so I guess we are Honorary Team Railsback & Son BBQ members.
Thank you so much we will wear them with pride my friend.
Here is a picture of Debbie and I with our Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion.

Re: Cypress VFW
Kevin those 2 guys were in a slugfest for sure. There couldn't have been many points that separated them. The guy on the left had a neat BBQ team name. He was 9 fingers BBQ. I bought some more raffle tickets on Saturday but didn't win anything. And I had sense enough to not even grab a bid number either.
