Big Thanks!!

Postby Bigjim4x » Mon Mar 24, 2008 5:57 pm

I just wanted to say thanks to Gator for his products. I was given a bottle of Hoochie Mama a few weeks ago to try. This past weekend i was cooking in the IBCA St Jude's Louisiana State Championship and an order that had my rub for the contest didn't arrive in time. So I tasted the Hoochie Mama and decided to use it. We ended up finishing 2nd in brisket the first time we used the rub. It looks like I'm going to be using more Suckle Busters rubs in the future!

I've only tried the Hoochie Mama and the Hog Waller. Both are very good, but I think so far the HM is my favorite! I've used on everything from eggs, to fish to ribs and fatties... good stuff fer sure.

Congrats on the 2nd place!!

James.

congrats bigjim on the brisket placement. I've used Hoochie Mama myself on brisket and decided it's the best rub I've put on my briskets.
