Anyone interested in Judging

Postby Lynn » Fri Feb 29, 2008 10:02 am

Good Morning Forum members:
Anyone that might be interested in judging a BBQ contest should consider going to West on March 15

We are expecting a record year of cookers, so we will need a lot of judges. If you know someone that would be interested send them on down.

The cook off is located at the West Fair Grounds in West, TX about 80 miles south of Ft Worth/Dallas area.

Come on down and enjoy some of the best BBQ in Texas

Talked to the promoter last night and they have 85 teams preregistered.
Just remember if you can't come and cook, come out and judge -- you will have a learning experience.

You will get to taste of some of the best BBQ in Texas -
Your pay will be the same as mine - making sure that the cooks are given a fair shake in the judging area.

This is all volunteer -

A great event and a bunch of great cooks
