Waco Tx Caterer needed march 1st.

Postby CJATE » Tue Feb 12, 2008 1:51 pm

It’s my b-day, and my wife won’t let me cook. :?: She had a family friend set up, although he made all the arrangements, he just learned he will be out on business that weekend.

Every thing is ordered and in place, just need a cooker and person to man it.

Whole hog, 80 people (already ordered) can have a cooker, just need an accomplished pit master.

Don’t make me go to a local commercial place, none are any good.

Aloha PT,

I had thought about it. But all things considered, diesel fuel for 4,800 miles (rt) and lodgings, off-loading it at home... it worked out cheaper for me to have Ritch ship it by freight. Fuel alone would be over $1200!

Have a great weekend... a hui hou,
