Country Club: VICTORY!!!!!

Got our first official walk in a significant cook today, third-place for brisket at the Big D Barbecue Battle against 37 teams. Long time coming and a lot of hard work, dern it is satisfying. And got to share it with our friend Bubba Gilliam. What could be better.
Boots is finally at a loss for words.
