April 10-11 Dr Smoke bbq team competed in the 5th annual fire and ice cookoff. We ended up placing
2nd pinto beans
1st chefs choice
2nd steak shootout
3rd chicken
3rd ribs
2nd brisket
grand champion after chasing this dang cookoff for 5 years. What a great well ran local cookoff with 30 teams this year.
we also had 1 cookoff shadowing student that had a front row seat to it all.
