Looks like this event will be a little bigger than last year. Could be some surprise teams showing up too.

They're thinking about moving it next year. We picked up some teams, last year, that either didn't want the hassle of Houston or couldn't get in. Looks like this comp will have quite a few more teams than last year.

I'm not sure. I don't know what the water and electric situation is up there. Looking like it could almost be double the teams from last year. Quite a few east coast teams signed up too.

No water or electricty up there but also no mud pit.

Well the 2015 Shotgun Fred cook-off in Huntsville Tx. is in the books. It made me very proud of my state and Huntsville for the organization and planning it takes to put on a National event like this in Texas. I wish their could be more cook-offs like this one. Sure their are hitches in the event, but be proud Huntsville for making this a very successful event. This was the Butcher Boyz first time to cook this event. 5th beans...6th dessert...14th chicken...18th pork...13th chef choice...(35th overall... 61 teams total.... some teams could not attend because of the weather) the ribs and brisket need some more work. The only thing that could have made this better would have been the weather. This is a top notch cook-off so make plans to attend next year.
