Looking like there's going to be teams from all over again. We've also got a team from Florida this time. And the guy from Japan is coming back to compete.

Looking forward to seeing you again.

I'm going to try and make it again, but it will be a late decision. Had a great time last year.

I believe Ben said, two weeks ago, they had close to 30 that were paid up. He's projecting around a 50 team field this year.

Also, he's hoping to release some pretty cool news within the next few days.

Yes. They have been kicking the idea, of both, around. They haven't nailed anything down though.

They're going to raffle off a nice backyard offset pit at the cook off. $5 per ticket, or $20 for 5 tickets.
The pit is 1/4" steel and is 16" x 32" with a vertical smoker that also has a door to put a coal basket in. It's made by Texas Original Pits.

I talked to Ben, yesterday, and he said he will be emailing everyone this week. Hopefully he will get that done ASAP. If you don't hear anything by Thursday evening, holler at me.

I've been doing some stretching and a bit of cardio. Working on the hand / eye co-ordination. Probably coming out of retirement for this one. Praying for anything but DAL.
