Ibca cedar park

Postby JMoney7269 » Wed Oct 08, 2014 9:38 pm

Dr smoke had a pretty good outing in cedar park. We placed 3rd chicken, 2nd ribs , 5th brisket which was good enough for the overall and the. $1k grand champion check. Congrats to David Praytor for his RGC and Mary Praytor for second runner up. Also Quinn Tiemann for a fabulous brisket , it deserved 1st if you ask me, but 2nd is great also. Even though it was a small Cookoff, there were several tough teams there that thought, just thought it was gonna be easy pickings, :laughing7:

Definitely the most unlevel we have ever been. Had to go buy a step ladder just to get to our other steps!

I had 5 pads under each leveling jack after I dumped the air bags. The wheels were about 8" off the ground. It was quite a feat, but I slept good. Saw a lot of rvs all cattywhompused, very unlevel parking lot

I guess the good part is it was making contact back where the bed is. Nothing worse than having it jacked up funny and the whole thing shakes when someone rolls over.
