CASI Chili Cookoff / No-Rules Chili Cookoff / IDOS Dutch Oven Cook Off / BBQ Cookoff all in one day, Gates open at 06:00am on Sunday (no overnighters) - Very cheap entry but only paying 1st in Ribs and 1st in Chicken $100.00 each / 2nd and 3rd get ribbons.
The rules dont mention anything about refreshing adult beverages which seems odd and it seems that the BBQ Cookoff is the only non sanctioned event. Doesnt mention if this is a benefit cook or not.

We took second in the Chicken Category this year. Dang it was hot out there! Fun event but in my opinion this is a Chili Cookoff and they just threw in the BBQ. The new Dutch Oven category was a pain in the butt too. Nice teams but this is a poorly run event. Not going back to this one. :upside:

This was my 4th year there. The last 2 years have been bad, as far as how the event has been running and the disorganization of the whole thing. Our day started off with some of the Chili cooks telling us we couldn't setup where we were. Might be my last one there too.
