OldSmokey Throwdown Part II

I caught a glimps of this event last year, after the event, on OldSmokey's Facebook page but I wasn't aware of who or how it was run?
i just learned about the Part II event from Bruce at OS yesterday.
unfortunately the event started booking entries back in February and the spaces for this year's event have been filled for some time.
SOoooo... I'm just going to be a spectator. but I plan to enter next year

there are only 3 catagories:
Chicken Wings (Wings and Drumettes only)
Country Style Pork Ribs
Bacon Open (That’s right cook whatever food item you want JUST BE SURE TO USE BACON)

I came across this not too long ago and thought that it was a great idea. Might have to look it up for next year as well. Thanks for sharing the pics.

Now that is my kind of Beauty Pageant CJ completely level playing field, proving once again it 's the Pitmaster not the pit.
