Granbury, TX competition October 4-5

I live in Granbury and I've never competed in a BBQ competition. I would really like to try one and since the Smokin’ & Jokin’
Bar-B-QUE Cookoff is in Granbury on October 4 & 5, 2013, my girlfriend and I would like to enter.

I have NO illusions of being competitive... I don't have any experience other than backyard cooking and watching BBQ Pitmasters. I would like to do this for the fun and experience. I would feel better about it if one of you guys are going to be there and wouldn't mind me asking a few questions to make sure I'm following the rules. I'm not asking to shig, just a little mentoring.

Please let me know who all is going to be there.
