Skip the wedding and go cook, you'll thank yourself in the long run.

What are the locations?

They haven't specified locations yet. I'm sure they will release the locations before September 16, because they are supposed to have online registration available by that date.

Okay, so here is my spill.

If you EVER thought about cooking a comp, this one is it. Take your split of $35,000. You are SSOOOOO more likely to make your money back at an event like this than a $3,500 local cookoff.

Case in point. I cooked a first year KCBS this year. Got 5th in chicken and top 10 in every thing. Went home with $100, cause they only paid the top 5.
