Mosquito Festival Results

Had a great time this weekend at the Mosquito Festival... a lil spicy on the concrete this year but all in all had a great time.
Here's a link to the final results, ended up finishing 6th overall, while my buddy tied for RGC out of 63 teams...

Ended up taking:
4th in chicken
7th ribs
1st in fajitas

.. achilles heel is still the dadgum briskey... :violent: :angryfire:

Thanks guys. Things started off great with 3 calls in 3 categories .... then came the brisket. Ehhhh...We will just leave it at that. haha :wink:

You're prolly right ... lol it's crazy. First comp I did when I got serious about doing them I took 3rd place brisket, with a few other walks here and there. But over the last 18 mths or so I can get a call to save my soul... I've flopped between every injection known to man and a pantry full of commercial rubs and somehow it escapes me. :dont: All I can say is there is alot of brisket being cooked in my near future. :D

Jeff- we need to get you a class in Houston... lol
