I might do this one. Was going to head out to Lubbock and cook Brownfield, but if there's one that's local I'd rather not make the drive. I know a lot of others are doing the steak cookoff this weekend as well.

We had a decent weekend taking 1st in beans and who knows what we did in the other three categories, they only kept track of 1st-3rd, so who knows if we even made top 10, I suspect the ribs did, but probably got DQ'ed in chicken due to some addition to the the rules in the cooks meeting we missed due to them starting it an hour and a half early. The thing was kind of a cluster F, but over all was a good time.
