I entered my first comp in Gainesville this past weekend and finished way beyond my expectations, my goals were to just get everything turned in on time with no mistakes, I finished 10th in ribs with the hog waller rub, 6th in brisket with the competition rub and 4th in chicken with hoochie mama, Thanks for your great products and keep up the good work.

Thanks Gator, One of the many things i forgot was something to glaze with, at the last minute i did glaze the ribs with a product i brought in the ice chest, don't get mad at me but it was a very cheap honey bbq sauce, but don't worry i will be placing an order from you in the next few days

Thanks Toby, Don't know where i placed yet, the final results are not out on the LSBS website yet, just missed on the money, they paid for 3rd and up, would have gotten my entry money back if i had gotten 3rd, very happy to have finished where i did, Don't forget about Germanfest next month

Thanks Kevin, i was around back on the north side of the pavilion with the burgandy colored smoker, i kept having to rotate my trailer around to deal with the wind, where were you?, i don't know if we met or not

Snow Bunny - if you ever need some last minute Sucklebusters products, give me a call. I've usually got a little bit of everything on hand.
