I sent in my entry several weeks ago, but haven't received any information on the cookoff (site and details). Who all is cooking in this one? I figure that since it is a State Championship a bunch of you guys will be there.

Thanks Woody. I talked to the coordinator and he was about to start calling everyone tonight to give them the details. I guess I was just a bit antsy. If you come up, stop by for a bit.
Anyone else coming up to cook?

Congrats Woody on the RGC. I thought you had the GC wrapped up. It was good to see Jeff and Kevin. Now I know how the high rollers live... :) BTW, I didn't know Woody and Jeff were brothers.
I was set up next to Roy and enjoyed his tips (especially what to do if you cut your brisket too thick). His kingfisher set up is nice.
I'm still trying to figure out what the judges are looking for in ribs, but think I'm getting closer. I'll have enough practice time before the spring when I'll be competeing again.
