First throwdown for me since I joined the forum and I'll be out of town. Haven't seen my folks in 6 months, so I have to prioritize. Well, there's always next time.

Gonna try to whip up something... At least I should be in town for this one. Might not enter all the categories, but hope to have an entry or two.

Gettin' fired up! I'm considering firing up the Weber Kettle toward the end of the smoke to do a few high/direct delectables. Menu may look something like:

brisket
baby backs
sausage links
fattie
ABTs
burgers
dogs
