Also made some skewered shrimp and bacon. Partially cooked the bacon before threading with the shrimp. Cooked the veggies separately. The shrimp cooks so much faster than than the bacon and veggies. But decided to submit the NOLA BBQ Shrimp.

BTW - these shrimp were swimming the morning they were cooked. Bought them off of a shrimp boat in the harbor. No preservatives like you get when buying at the store. The guy I bought them from is a real piece of work.

Had a few left over so breakfast was a shrimp and veggie frittata. Finished with grated cheese under the broiler to generate a nice crispy top.
