Well, I decided to throw in what I called Duelling Loins.
One tenderloin was rubbed with s&p , ground sage,fresh minced garlic ,Cayenne and sauced with brown sugar, balsamic vinegar,soy sauce,molasses,natural cane sugar ,pepsi and a little JD #7.
The other was a stuffed tenderloin. Stuffed with fresh garlic,fresh oregano,fresh curly parsley,fresh spinach, procuito, roasted peppers and shredded provolone,Romano,asiago and parmesan cheese.
Tied and cooked at 300 over lump on the Akorn.
