With a Samurai knife at stake and the subject matter being pork, that tears it!

OK Gang, I'm bumping this up so maybe some of you that are fixin Pork today might just want to snap a pic and get it to TX-1911 for the Throw Down.
The Theme is PORK and here are the simple Rules so get that pic, sent it in and support the TBBQF July 4th Throw Down, Y'all
- This is a BBQ forum, so the product must be cooked over some sort of fire. That can be gas, pellets, wood, charcoal....you get the idea.
- The product must be pork. Ribs, loins, chops, hams, butts, whole hogs (I'm lookin' at you Russ!)
- One entry per member.
- To ensure the integrity of the contest, you have a choice. Somewhere in the picture must be a card or slip of paper that says "4th of July Throwdown 2017", OR you can include the Betsy Ross Flag:
- Presentation will be key. You can include anything on the plate, to include sides, if you'd like, but the voting SHOULD be based upon the meat.
- Entries must be emailed to tbbqfthrowdown@gmail.com no later than midnight, central time on Saturday, July 8

Been sending cork trivets for a while and will do so again. If the winner already has one, I'll send to highest place finisher that doesn't have one.
