Excellent Bondo. I would hammer that all day long.

Way to go Bondo! And everybody…I didn't see a single plate I'd walk away from. Everything looked awesome!

Times 2 on that OUP.

Egg sets the bar pretty high. :salut: :chef:
Its a honor for me to even be allowed to be on the same court with ya'll. :salut:

To be honest I thought there was a bunch of prettier plates then mine.
I give credit to the hunk of cow. I know it caught my eye when I ran across it at my grocer. It was about pound and a half rib eye. It had a lot more marbling in it then I normally see in a ribeye. Must of been more marbling then most folk like. I found it in the must sell today counter at 50% off.

Until I joined up here I couldn't cook a medium rare steak to save my ars.

Thanks yall for the congrats and a especially "BIG" THANK YOU to TX1911 :salut: :salut: :salut: :salut:

Happy to do it. Y'all really did an outstanding job on the cooks.

I have trial Monday and Tuesday and will start putting some thought into a possible follow up TD once I have some expendable brain power.
