Christmas TD?

Postby sparetimetoys » Wed Dec 17, 2014 11:31 pm

I've got a 14 pound prime rib to smoke and itching to post up photos.
Thank You to all the fine folks here for all the tips and advice so I can now smoke a chunk of meat and folks actually eat it.

Buzz, Wasn't planning on cooking but it is your choice on this one and I will set it up. I guess we know what sparetime is already cooking  Hope we get a lil more interest on this one.

How about New Years? Or Super Bowl? We've done that in the past.
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE
Hank: "Do you know how to jumpstart a man's heart with a downed power line?"
Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."
