Come on guys! I think we're itching for another throwdown! 8)

No oven in the van down by the river? ...no wonder you cook year round

On a serious note, we are all working in the background to make the next throw down better than ever. Many thanks to those who voiced their thoughts about improving the Throw Downs. BTW, it's not too late to add your voice.

The one thing that will remain constant is that there will never be an entry fee. We want folks to participate. To charge to enter the Throw Down would reduce participation.

To anyone thinking about becoming a Sponsor, it's the best advertising $$$ you'll ever spend. Folks on the forum are serious about Q, and we promote your product and company relentlessly.

So Puff, when did you sell the Van?

Well, I'll throw $.02 in here, since I noticed I didn't mention this before.

About the prizes, I liked seeing this TD have prizes for all catagories. To me, that helps get folks in 'cause they still can win something, even if they don't win MVP. That said, I wonder if we can expand it even more. Maybe have some prizes for the 2nd placers or Best First Time Entry or *something*. I'm not sure if this is feasible, but I think it's worth a look-see.

Besides, Most Innovative Use of a Pig Snout has *got* to be worth somethin'!

As for schedule, I like the quarterly schedule. It's close enough that you don't get out of practice, but not so close you feel "They never end!"

Yeah buddy! Did a rib cook last winter. The Weather Channel said it was 5* outside. But like you said only the temp in the cooker matters
