Rode mine hard but just couldn't catch Limey and "the big spread". Really nice ribbies by the way Limey. Making it to the podium with Limey and Egghead is a privilege and a great honor. Well done gents.

Pretty nice eats and congrats to all entries

I really like the way the flag was used in the photos from big flag to the electronic versions as well.

Agree on the "I'd eat it all" comment, and appreciation to all first timers who participated. I did like Eggheads brisket, and while I don't technically class wings as "food", I would have surely eaten Big Ed's, they looked that good.

Thanks for putting this on. This was a fun first time for me and part of my learning curve. I gained a couple pounds just looking at all the spreads. Biggest thing I figured out so far is I need to replace our camera because my crappy cell phone photos don't cut it. I'll be looking forward to the next one.
Thank You to all the fine folks here for all the tips and advice so I can now smoke a chunk of meat and folks actually eat it.

BTW, I thought it pertinent to recognize Cliff C on the Bacon and Cheese Glazed Donut burger for creativity...I really liked that idea, though the American Heart Association is going to be swearing out a warrant on you fer sure...

Salute!
