Announcing the Texas BBQ Forum Bowl Throw Down!

Woke up this morning and decided it was a great day to be alive.
Put a 14# packer on E2 at zero dark thirty and the sweet smell of BBQ wiffing about forced the decission to make this proclamation: The Texas BBQ Forum Bowl is on!
The Theme for this Throw Down is Tail-Gate Grub. What ever that means to you but there are some rules.
The General Ordinances apply but are modified as follows:
Food(s) must be smoked or grilled outdoors.
You may include include non-smoked/grilled items in you picture (EG: buns, sides, garnish).
I will post a link after Christmas with the email address to send your entry to.
Pictures must be in jpeg (.jpg) format. Recommended resolution is 800X600.
The entry window will close at 12:01 AM on January 3, 2013.
