I would say yes, as long as they can show some good grill marks on the hot dog itself. Just so we know it really came off a grill and wasn't boiled.  :D

I think so. CF
4.) Anything Goes. No side dishes allowed except for the Any Thing Goes Category. Hint, a bun makes it a side dish.
OK, get over it, you lost. God bless America

No that appears to be Colorado Cuisine.
Reminder this is a Texas forum. We are pretty tolerant but that puppy is easily over the line, swam the wrong river to get in here!

:? I had to vote "no". Remember, this is a food contest. If someone takes a bite of that weinerdog, I'll happily change my mind.

Ya'll need to think outside of the bun!! 8)
It's not just a hotdog, but what do you put on it to make it sensational?!
Onions? Grilled onions? Peppers? Kraut? A killer chili sauce????!!
And yes, they need to be an all beef dog!!

Well an all dawg dawg outta taste purty good. The native americkan injun peeples thrived on em very well till the evil white man arrived. I can see the mini weenie dawg might need to make the ultimate sacrifice here just so we can test the hypothesis.
