I've gotten some questions so I thought I let everyone know the answers:
Q. Is the Big Hunks of meat category just Brisket?
A. No, any big hunk of meat will work. (Clods, steamboats, briskets, hams, butts, suckling pig etc)
Q. Is the Reebs category limited to only pork ribs?
A. No, beef, bison, pork, lamb, yak, etc are ok as long as they are ribs. (Country-style ribs aren't ribs folks)
Q. What category would a steak be in?
A. If its a Monster Porterhouse, go with Big Hunks of meat. If its a petite filet, then think about Anything Goes.
