howdy yall from san anton...was curious about this online competition thing, checked out some of the pics and read some of yalls statements and if im getting this right is it basically a contest based on pics of different things yall have bbqed and its judged off of those pics, cause if thats whats goin on here seems like a lot of fun. If this isnt the case would love some more info on this, and def like to know when the next throwdown is. Thanks

Yes you've got it figures out it is a BBQ contest in pictures. The rules vary slightly from event to event but generally it's the same testing you ability to cook and record it.

How about a week night dinner throw down.... just a thought.

Id be down to try something like that...just depends on if i get the time for it but im always down for that, about to throw on some sausage, chicken quarters, and some zucchini for supper...lemme know if yall wanna do something like the weeknight throwdown
