Did a roaster with my buddy's "Blowin' Smoke" rub and marinated new taters, onions and zuchs! Awesome dinner!! The skin was the best I've ever made!

All looks great, how long to cook the potatoes? I can't ever get mine done.
They always come out kinda crispy. Larry you did good. CF

The potatoes were small and only took about 10 minutes.
