Got some lovely T-bone steaks from my favourite meat counter (JamesB knows it!).

It's pretty much half of a T-bone, but that's how they sell them as T-bones it here in Germany. Don't ask me why...

5-10 minutes each side on high charcoal heat on my Weber kettle. Very nice and juicy!

Great lookin steak,Sterno.Looks like a T-bone minus the filet. :( Bet it was still very tasty.

Good job nice looking plate and done to a perfect med just the way I like them.
Never met a cow I didn't like with a little salt and pepper.
