Another day on the grill

Postby JaCK2U2 » Sat Jun 13, 2009 8:42 pm

I didn't get my leg of lamb - I didn't feel like driving 25 miles for one piece of meat. So, I got a small loin and a center cut shoulder and put them on the spit. I cooked some potatoes with the pork. On the other grill, I did corn on the cob and stuffed tomatoes. The tomatoes ended up being stuffed with 2 types of chopped mushrooms, one chopped tomatoe, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, chicken broth, and topped with mozerella. It all turned out good.
