"Atomic Buffalo Turd" or "A.B.T." Mexican Style

An "Atomic Buffalo Turd" or "A.B.T." is simply a jalapeno pepper stuffed with your favorite ingredient and wrapped with bacon and grilled on a BBQ Pit. In this case I stuffed them with Mexican Sausage "Chorizo" mixed with cream cheese. They were awesome!! Some were hotter"spice wise" than others though.

Those sure do look good. Chorizo sounds like it would be a good filler. I make it every so often - guess I need to try your recipe and find out for myself how good it is!

HAHAAHA !!! A little hot ? I would love to make some of those, but I cant stand bacon unless its crisp. Does anyone know a way to get the bacon crisp on the grill without turning the Jalepeno to mush ?

Use the cheapest, thinnest bacon you can find.
