My wife craved some Indian curry today. I thought instead of adding the beef to the curries, I rather grill them and give it a bit more "tandoori" feel.
Marinated the meat and veg with lots of coriander, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, tomato puree, salt, pepper and half a Habanero chili.
Keep on turning and basting them with the same marinade.
Looks ready to me. Meat is juicy and beautifully pink inside.
Rice, three different hot Indian curries and some very tasty charcoal roasted skewers.
We were both amazed how perfectly the flavors matched. I just mixed the meat and veg with the curry. Really good and tasty and something different for a change.
Cheers,
Sterno

Thanks Y'all!
Well I did forget to mention, that my wife cooked the curries. I wouldn't have a clue. She spent hours and hours roasting the spices, cooking them slowly with lots of love and care. All I did, was just some grillin'
