My wife CAN cook!

Postby JaCK2U2 » Sun Jun 07, 2009 9:35 am

I asked my wife to fix us some burgers. She cooked while I played with smoker. I gotta tell ya, what a burger. Almost 1/2 lb., with carmelized onions, pepperjack cheese, and sauteed mushrooms. Tater salad to keep it all healthy - Best burger I've had in a long, long time! -
(No pics of her cooking - but I did get some of my smoker stand :D )

Fantastic looking burgers and I bet they taste great. My wife can cook too but she leaves the "live fire" cooking to me. Eventually she will learn how to "Q" but for now her "domain" is in the kitchen while I rule over all "Q'ing and grilling." She said I could tell you folks that! LOL

Have a great day :)
