Surf you never cease to amaze me on those pics. As full as I was yesterday, I could have not stopped myself from getting another big plate of that, had I been there and seen that coming off the grill. Great Job!!!

What kind of seasoning were you using? My old eyes couldn't make out the label. Looks bodacious!

That V&V sausage is pretty good, their business is 2 miles from our Qfest location in Cistern TX. Have stopped ther and bought their products a time or 2...

Original Santa Maria Valley Style Seasoning

A uniquely versatile blend of California garlic, premium salt and cracked black pepper with a whisper of parsley freshness. An essential seasoning for those whose passion is regional cooking, as well as a pantry staple that magically transforms all foods into savory dishes. Meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, pastas, soups, sauces, breads, popcorn, cottage cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, & butter are some of the foods that are enhanced by this seasoning. Use as a sprinkle or finishing salt, a dry rub for grilling or add a pinch to favorite recipes for incredible results. It is a well balanced blend that rounds out on the palate without being salty or strong flavored.
