I've not made twice potatoes yet,thinking this weekend,be good time.Has anyone put them on the grill,the second time?If so,how did they turn out?

The second "bake" is just a reheat and melt the cheese type of thing. I've done them indirect on the grill with no problems.

Like James said, all you're doing is reheating them until the cheese melts and they heat all the way through.
Just do them with indirect heat. You can also put a piece of foil on the grate to put them on to keep any spills from becoming a big mess to clean up.

If you have the grill set up for direct heat, put the TBs on the coolest area of the grate. That's assuming you have at least 2 zones set up.
