A few burgers on the grill

Postby JaCK2U2 » Sun May 17, 2009 5:17 pm

Cooked up some pork indochine burgers. Thought I'd initiate the grill. I can feed quite a crowd on this thing. We made a corn salad to go with the burgers. It all turned out good. Everryone left stuffed and happy!

Dozen and half burgers, pretty good showing. Is that the standard 22" weber?

What does indochine mean? Is it like a sausage patty burger.

indochine .... Asian style and seasonings. He made pork burgers ( which are usually ground pork, not sausage ) using Asian seasonings basically.
