Spicy Wings

Postby OSD » Tue Mar 24, 2009 5:13 pm

I got hungry for some wings. So, I decided to do some on the grill. :D

Decided to just cut off the tips this time

A light dusting of poultry spice mix, then dusted with BBQ rub

grillin' away

I forgot to take a pic while I was basting them.

Image
hot off the grill, basted them the last 15 minutes with a mix of melted butter, lime juice, and Cholula hot sauce. Turned out spicy with a little heat but not too hot.

ready for eatin'. :D :D

Those look great! I usually just cut off the tips as well. Just don't have the time to cut the rest of the wing...
