Tonight I put some Orange Roughy in the pan, and my wife made up some avacado / Rotel mixture...this was some good stuff.

Well I tell ya... I've had this head cold for a couple of days and have not been able to taste anything! I must be getting better because I could almost taste those pictures! Food looks great.
