After cooking indirect I moved them to a raised direct about 400* to finish.

Made a sauce with a 50/50 mixture of Franks and Sucklebusters

Susan made some veggies tossed with Yardbird and Todd's Dirt

They were glazed with the sauce to finish and extra served on the side.

Sure does look good !!

Ran out of SB pepper sauce a while back . When I get some more I will have to try mixing with some Franks !!
